Lervison Santo of Methuen has joined ERA Key Realty Services’ Billerica office as a Realtor.

Santo brings six years experience as a Realtor and a real estate investor where he focused on multi-family housing. 

He also spent nine years as a licensed electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local 103, and worked at State Electric Corp. in Bedford and McDonald Electrical Corp. in Hingham.

As an electrician, Santo has supervised the electrical work at Boston’s new Omni Hotel and contributed to other major projects, such as the Boston College track field and the Boston Bruins’ Warrior Ice Arena.

“I joined ERA Key because it’s a well-known, established real estate agency,” Santo said. “I know ERA Key will provide me with the resources and network I need to excel in this business.”
