What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Law enforcement

Where did you grow up? Brockton

Growing up, what did you want to be? An architect or a professional baseball player

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Stop and breath deeply

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Adam Sandler. Growing up people have said I looked like him. He’s a funny guy and he seems to be a down to earth type of guy (doesn’t think he is better than others).

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? Different types of food offered.

What do you love most about the industry? Helping clients find a home and the challenge of keeping the most money in their pockets.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I donate a minimum 15% of my commision checks.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Staying busy

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Do not pay for them. Go out and socialize and build your brand that way. Advertise and donate.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My children

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Spanish food or a donut shop at Forest Hills MBTA train station.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I met some of my family for the first time.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I am a real estate agent.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Florida, being warm I get a happy feeling when I am there.
