What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Before real estate I worked running the family landscaping and construction company after completing school at 16.
Where did you grow up? Littleton, MA
Growing up, what did you want to be? Growing up I wanted to be an airline pilot and was working on obtaining my private pilot’s license before starting in real estate.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Family and friend’s and a good cup of coffee from a local coffee shop. I also work on my tractors or my sawmill.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Betty White. She has been an idol of mine for as long as I can remember. She was introduced to me by my grandmother when me and her would often watch the “Golden Girls” together.
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? The small downtowns of the communities surrounding the city.
What do you love most about the industry? It is always something new happening and allows for me to think outside of the box to solve complex problems.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Putting the client first. I am here to supply my clients with the tools and information to make their real estate goals a reality. But in the end what that path looks like is up to the client. I provide a vast background and different life experiences to draw upon. I am an agent in both Mass and New Hampshire. I hold a construction supervisor license, my insurance license for personal lines and am currently attending suffolk university law school.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? When people in a transaction do not understand that all parties are working toward the same goal.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Be consistent in whatever it is you are doing. Make your name recognized but those in the community.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Graduating college Summa Cum Laude and getting accepted to Suffolk Law.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? “Ted Lasso” was the last binge watching. I am a big history reader.
What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Creme brulee
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The Old North Meeting House
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? Clients leaving undergarments laying around the house during showings
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? My background and all the different things that I have done and continue to be expanding.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? New Hampshire. It is where I have always gone as a child and have so many great memories.
