Adam Marchand has joined Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Commonwealth Real Estate as sales manager for the company’s Newton Regional Sales and Marketing Center.
He brings extensive knowledge of the Greater Boston area to the role and is well-versed in negotiation and agent development.

Marchand most recently worked as assistant sales manager at Senne, where he offered agents support and guidance on market trends, property valuation and negotiation strategies, Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices said.
Before that, he served as an associate broker and REALTOR® at Century 21 New England and Commonwealth Real Estate.
