What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? My most interesting job was working as a bank teller.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I enjoy hanging out with my son James, my best friend Anika and my nieces and nephews.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I’ve already met a well-known figure. Her name is Attorney Bernadette Kenny (Quincy, MA). She’s such an inspirational person and a kick-butt real estate and probate attorney!! She’s a woman who rocks!
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? Although we seem divided at times we pull together when we need to! #bostonstrong
What do you love most about the industry? I love helping clients. It’s satisfying to help someone achieve their goal and to know that I’ve had a hand in helping them.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? There’s an unlimited number of agents so I try to be as honest and helpful as possible to get the job done so that they will refer me to family and friends.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Trying to get everyone on board when there are multiple sellers or buyers involved but it comes with the territory.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Advertise as much as possible.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Seeing my son graduate with his bachelor’s degree in business from Bridgewater State University. Class of 2024! James is and will always be my biggest accomplishment! ♥
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I’m currently binge-watching “The Walking Dead.” My cousin introduced me to the show and I’m hooked.
What’s your favorite meal in Boston? My favorite meal would have to be anything from Novara in Milton, MA. Always delicious food and drinks and wonderful staff.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The rainbow swash oil tank in Boston. I remember passing by it as a child and love passing by it as an adult.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? A squatter living in one of the properties that I was selling.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? That I never stop working. If there’s money to be made I’m going to make it. lol
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? I loved visiting California. It’s a different vibe down there. I enjoyed the weather and the people.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Take your time, listen to your clients and kick butt! You can do it!
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? I’d have to say dotloop. It’s easy to access and get things done on the go.
