What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Before real estate, I worked in the pharmacy at Cambridge Health Alliance Hospital.
Where did you grow up? I grew up in three different locations. As a child I lived in Lawrence, Massachusetts, then Orlando, Florida and finally Methuen, Massachusetts.
Growing up, what did you want to be? Growing up I always knew I wanted to own my own business one day. I am still on the journey of making this dream a reality.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? In my free time, I love going on outdoor adventures with my kids. Being outdoors or by water is the most relaxing thing for me. I also love reading books.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would love to meet Joanna and Chip Gaines
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? I would say Boston’s best-kept secret is the many hidden rooftops that give you beautiful views of the skyline.
What do you love most about the industry? My favorite part about being a real estate agent is constantly meeting new kinds of people and always being faced with new obstacles that challenge me. There is never a dull moment!
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I believe my personality is what sets me apart from other agents. My approach with people is comfortable and memorable.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? The most difficult aspect of the job is maintaining flexibility during economic changes.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? To generate new leads you just have to talk to everyone you come across. You have to be social and genuine.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment would have to be going back to school for business.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I recently binge-watched “Shadow Bone” on Netflix and love reading anything written by Sarah J. Maas
What’s your favorite meal in Boston? My favorite meal would have to be ramen or lemongrass chicken.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? My favorite Boston building would have to be the Public Boston Library. The detailed work on the building is gorgeous inside.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? The weirdest moment in this job would have to be a client who wanted to sell his home but turns out he was a scammer and wasn’t the owner of said address.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? Most people are surprised when they learn my age because I look young.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? My favorite vacation spot would have to be Florida because I lived and have family there.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Don’t take shortcuts and learn something new every day
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? The most helpful app when connecting and browsing through homes for clients would have to be RealScout
Who are your favorite people to follow on social media? I like to follow anyone who is successful in real estate or in a business they build themselves. Anything that can inspire me.
