Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty has relocated its Newburyport office.

The new office is located at 11 Market Square and is just around the corner from its previous 19 Green St. location. 

The company says the move accommodates the company’s “whirlwind growth after our firm opened doors in this market last March,” with the larger space making it easier for visitors to access listings and associates, as the agency looks to continue growing its team in Newburyport and on the North Shore. 

Newburyport’s Market Square Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and, according to a press release, is known as “the largest piece of Federalist-era architecture in the U.S.” It is an active community area with brick row houses, boutiques, restaurants and has waterfront walking path access.
