What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Juggling the multi-facets of property management, accounting, maintenance, construction, tenant relations
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Play the long game with your clients even if it costs you money in the short term.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Managing a portfolio for nearly a decade and it selling 118 units for $47 million in collaboration with the city of Boston and the EBCDC to create affordable housing in East Boston.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? While juggling a large property management company I also have four kids, run my own investment fund for real estate and am a firefighter in Brookline.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Nantucket because I have four kids and it’s important for us to have a home base and we can choose from a variety of beaches.
