Chip Stella has joined LandVest | Christie’s International Real Estate as the firm’s new director of brokerage development.
Stella brings more than a decade of real estate experience to the role. A prominent figure in the New England real estate market, Stella has completed and managed more than 5,000 transactions valued at more than $5 billion.
“In an era where many brokerages are adding fees and cost-sharing with agents, LandVest | Christie’s International Real Estate continues to invest in tools and services that empower agents to thrive both in the short and long term,” said Slater Anderson, managing director of real estate at LandVest | Christie’s International Real Estate.
In his new role, Stella will be responsible for growing the agency’s team of luxury real estate agents.
“LandVest is a firm with a ton of momentum that just seems to get better and stronger every day,” said Chris Lim, president of Christie’s International Real Estate. “The addition of Chip Stella is another savvy move to double down on agent and client service and build market share. We’re excited to have Chip in the Christie’s International Real Estate network.”
Before joining LandVest | Christie’s International Real Estate, Stella was previously a managing broker at Coldwell Banker’s Weston-Wellesley and Bedford, New Hampshire offices.
In February, LandVest announced it was expanding into Boston with the opening of a flagship office on Newbury Street.
