Sotheby’s International Realty’s Massachusetts firms achieved $7 billion in sales volume serving 6,000 clients in the Bay State last year. 

Despite the cooling market, Sotheby’s said its Massachusetts-based brokerages remained busy. And despite supply and demand issues and rising interest rates, the firm didn’t see prices fall in 2022. In fact, they said they saw them remain steady.
