The Procopio Companies recently celebrated the opening of its Lume multifamily residential project at 635 Main St. in Wilmington. Located 20 miles from Boston, the developer broke ground on the project in June 2021.
The three-story, 49-unit luxury residential development includes 74,000 square feet of multifamily housing with 39 garden-style apartment units and 10 luxury townhomes. The $20 million project is a short walk from the Wilmington MBTA train station and sits near the junction of I-93 and I-95 with access to I-90, Rte. 38 and I-495.
The development includes a fitness center with a dedicated yoga room, a club room, a pet spa, an outdoor patio area, a secure parking garage and private Zoom rooms.
“Lume brings much-needed multifamily housing to Wilmington, a transit-oriented community, conveniently located near Boston’s life sciences industry,” said Angelo Antidormi, director of acquisitions at Procopio. “This luxury development ushers in a new era for Wilmington and Procopio is excited to welcome residents into their new home.”
The architect for the project’s exterior design was DMS Design. Ipswich-based Conant Design Group handled interior design.
Charlesgate will be handling both property management and leasing.
