The Procopio Companies is now preleasing units at its Mosaic project in downtown Lynn.

Located at 75 Baldwin St., Mosaic is a six-story, 146-unit multifamily and mixed-use building. Offering both residential apartments and commercial spaces, the-147,000 square-foot building includes studio, one-bedroom and one-bedroom plus den residences, along with three retail/commercial spaces. 

Mosaic is Procopio’s second downtown Lynn project. Its Caldwell development opened for occupancy in February 2021.

Mosaic units include high-quality finishes like luxury vinyl-tile flooring, quartz countertops, two-toned cabinetry, Frigidaire kitchen appliances and in-unit Blomberg washers and dryers.

The development also offers residents several amenities, including a courtyard with a pool, patio and grilling area, a roof deck and rooftop lounge, club space and private remote workspaces with video conferencing technology. 

The company celebrated the topping off of Mosaic in September and will open to residents this summer with studio units starting at $2,055, one-bedroom units starting at $2,215 and one bedroom plus dens starting at $2,440.
