Erminio Grasso has been named president and CEO of MLS PIN.
Most recently an executive with Coldwell Banker, Grasso takes over the role from retiring president and CEO Kathy Condon of Osterville. During her 23-year tenure, Condon grew MLS PIN into an industry leader, according to a press release.
MLS PIN is New England’s largest multiple listing service and one of the top 10 largest in the country. It serves more than 45,000 customers in six New England states and New York.
Grasso, who was previously with Coldwell Banker Realty for 18 years, was the regional vice president of the Boston region where he managed 15 offices and more than 150 associates. He was also an MLS PIN board member for several years.
MLS Pin board chair Roy Walker said Grasso’s appointment “brings to MLS PIN’s leadership an experienced broker’s view to its helm, backed by 22 years of sales and operations management accomplishments.”
“As a native New Englander, Erminio understands our area’s unique needs, including our politics and our culture,” Walker said. “Most importantly, after two decades in the brokerage world, he deeply understands our customers and has proven his ability to grow businesses and get things done.”
