Robert Kinlin, a Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties, received three national real estate awards this summer.
Kinlin was named one of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals (top 1.5%) from RealTrends + Tom Ferry and named one of the country’s top producers (top .07% of more than 1.4 million Realtors nationwide) by Real Trends/The Thousand. He also received Berkshire Hathaway’s Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award for being in the top half of 1% of agents nationally.
“I am honored to be named to these prestigious lists and look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional results for buyers and sellers across Coastal Massachusetts and Greater Boston,” Kinlin said in a release.
Robert Paul Properties aligned itself with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices after it broke the company’s record by closing more than $1 billion in sales in 2020.
HW Media CEO Clayton Collins said in the same release that this year saw the largest single-year jump in the 15 years his company has been tracking top agents and teams. “The data collected in this year’s RealTrends + Tom Ferry Thousand & America’s Best rankings demonstrates the hard work and determination of our industry’s top performers to turn an immensely challenging year into their best yet,” he said.
