Mary L. Cataudella has joined Touchstone Closing as a new partner, bringing to the firm her more than 25 years of experience in private practice and as in-house managing counsel for a national title insurance company. 

Most recently, she served as chief operating officer for an insurance defense firm in Boston and will be bringing her experience in real estate title disputes, as well residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters and general civil litigation to Touchstone’s service offerings.

A member of the MA, NH and RI bars and the Real Estate Bar Association, Cataudella earned her undergraduate degree from Holy Cross and her law degree at Northeastern University School of Law. 

Cataudella, a lifelong resident of The Andovers, currently resides in Andover with her husband and two college-aged daughters.
