Sedna, The Procopio Companies’ luxury waterfront property in Beverly, has reached stabilization, the company announced this week having leased 85% of its units.
The two-building, 62-unit development first welcomed residents with the grand opening of 16 Congress St., last October. Additional residents were welcomed with the opening of 12 Congress St. earlier this year. The waterfront development includes resort-level amenities including club space, co-working lounges, outdoor firepits, roof-decks and a public river-walk, as well as access to Hello Alfred, a concierge app offering a variety of hospitality services to residents.
“Our vision for Sedna Beverly was to create a unique opportunity for residents to have their homes feel like a vacation resort,” Mike Procopio, vice president of development at the Procopio Companies, said in a press release. “The rapidity with which apartments has been leased is a testament of fulfilling that vision and we’re so pleased that many have chosen to call Sedna Beverly home.”
The Sedna Beverly was 25% leased in February and 50% leased in early March with most units now leased as of early May, according to the company. Property lease promotions are scheduled to end May 15.
