Following a record-breaking year, Guaranteed Rate Affinity is expanding into the Northeast by naming Nancy Monbouquette northeast divisional manager.

A Boston native, Monbouquette brings more than 20 years of mortgage and finance industry experience to Guaranteed Rate Affinity. She started her career as a loan originator and held leadership positions with some of the country’s largest lenders. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving new business and building a Northeast sales team, according to a company release. Monbouquette will be Boston-based.

“Nancy is an amazing addition to our leadership team,” Dave Dickey, executive vice president of national production for Guaranteed Rate Affinity, said in the release. “She is a super talented market leader with a wonderful reputation who will capitalize on our growth in the Northeast by building strong relationships and developing our regional sales team. I’m excited about the impact her leadership will have as we continue to build on our success.”

The hiring of Monbouquette comes on the heels of Guaranteed Rate Affinity closing a record-breaking 2020, funding more than $13 billion in loans and serving more than 39,000 borrowers nationwide.
