Callahan Construction Managers has announced that new multi-family homes, Parkway Apartments, are under construction in West Roxbury.

The project will include two separate four-story multifamily buildings located on 1545 and 1555 VFW Parkway, according to a Callahan press release.

The two buildings will include 254 units, along with 387 garage parking spaces. Amenities will include an outdoor pool, fitness center, cafe and pet spa.

Construction of the Parkway Apartments was halted for two months due to COVID-19 and restarted in mid-May.

“We are excited to announce another collaboration with Lincoln Property Company and SKI+I Architecture as we bring additional residential opportunities to Boston,” said Patrick Callahan, president of Callahan Construction, in a press release. “The team is excited to be making progress and is taking an enthusiastic approach to working in the new normal with heightened safety protocols.”
