Lamacchia Realty has acquired First Team Realty, which has built a strong presence in the Chelmsford market over the last decade and a half, according to a press release.

The first team office will stay at its current location at 6 North Rd. in Chelmsford but is now under the Lamacchia banner.

“We have been considering moving into Chelmsford for over a year, and I am absolutely thrilled to be doing it along with the Realtors at First Team Realty,” Broker-Owner Anthony Lamacchia said in the press release, calling the acquisition “a great cultural match between our agents and staff.”

Top agents at First Team have signed on with Lamacchia, including Maryellen Russo, Paul Dubuque and Debbie Smith, among others. First Team Broker-Owner Michael Dubuque will stay on to help assist with the team’s acclimation and help lead the transition.

“The merger into Lamacchia Realty provides the First Team agents with access to top notch training, cutting edge technology, and marketing and sales support we were not able to offer as a small real estate office or find anywhere else,” Michael Dubuque said.

Dubuque added that following the transition, he will exit the company “knowing that the First Team Realty agents are in a better spot to grow their businesses.”
Additional agents will be joining the office in the weeks and months ahead, and the company has launched a widespread marketing campaign, according to Lamacchia.
