What was your first job in the realty industry? Property manager for my father’s properties.

Growing up, what did you want to be? Construction worker.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Spa day and vacation.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Anthony Robbins. He has inspired me for many years to remain driven and focused in all endeavors.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? The beach.

What do you love most about the industry? Flexibility, establishing and maintaining relationships, and helping people find the home of their dreams.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I have decades of knowledge and experience, and I always remember that the seller is paying my commission and to have the seller’s best interest at heart. I am honest and have integrity.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Lead generation and prospecting for new opportunities.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I meet many clients through family and friends plus marketing.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Opening my own realty office and my two kids.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “Fences” with Denzel Washington. I read the play and saw the movie.

What is your favorite restaurant? Tosca in Hingham.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? Trinity Church.

What kind of car do you drive? Mercedes Benz.
