In other recent Boston real estate news:

  • Two agents from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Beverly recently received the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle award. Kevin Pietrini and John Farrell were among many nationwide who earned the honor, Wicked Local reported. Pietrini also was named in the top 1,000 sales associate affiliated with NRT in the third quarter of 2017 while Farrell earned the distinction for the first, second and third.
  • Zillow recently asked 100 housing economists and professors what city they think will land Amazon’s much-coveted HQ2, and Boston landed at No. 7. Atlanta and northern Virginia tied for No. 1, with Austin at No. 2, and Denver and Montgomery County, Maryland, tying for No. 3.
