Paul Ryan enjoys helping buyers fulfill their dreams of homeownership. A Realtor broker associate with Jack Conway for more than a decade, Ryan specializes in residential and commercial properties. He recently achieved Platinum Club Status, ranking in the Top 5% of Conway’s 700 agents companywide.
Licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, he understands and appreciates the financial stability, sense of comfort, belonging and community homeownership brings. “I truly believe, ‘There is no place like home,’” he says. “While selling a home can be a deeply emotional process, sellers can rest assured that the sale of their home will be in caring and capable hands. All aspects of the transaction will be handled with empathy and patience, using the highest of standards.” Ryan recently earned his Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation through the National Association of Realtors.
Prior to obtaining a real estate license, Ryan served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army. In 1995, he began a 29-year career as a police officer in the Town of Norwood, the same town he and his wife Suzanne, a schoolteacher, raised three boys. Their oldest son, Ben, attends Hamilton College; Ronan, Stonehill College; and Sean, middle school.
Most of his law enforcement career was spent as a detective in the department’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in criminal justice administration from Western New England University. He’s also a graduate of the University of Rhode Island State Crime Laboratory, Criminal Investigation School. But he found his calling in real estate and proudly earned his Massachusetts real estate broker license. Ryan is actively involved in both the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and performing with fellow students from his music school.
