Karen Burton’s real estate foundation was shaped by her parents, whose successful careers emphasized the importance of prioritizing clients’ needs. After John Burton’s retirement from financial services, he joined Karen at Sotheby’s International Realty, leveraging his experience in institutional sales and customer service to redefine excellence in real estate. The two bring enthusiasm and unwavering integrity to every transaction, consistently highlighting the unique charm and lifestyle of Cape Cod. In 2024, the team welcomed Jonathan Crowley, who brings specialized expertise in investment properties and property development. A seasoned professional with hands-on experience in constructing, renovating and flipping properties in both the Cape Cod and Boston areas, Crowley is known for his analytical skills and keen eye for potential. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing and fishing.
