A new brokerage specializing in multifamily sales has opened its doors in Boston.

Serving Boston and the surrounding area, Grove Property Group was founded by John Federico and Ryan Quinn, a team with a track record of closing more than $800 million in transactions. Together they bring not only Federico’s deep understanding of the Boston market but also Quinn’s analytical skills and strategic insights. GPG is located in South Boston.
