Anthony Lamacchia established Lamacchia Realty, Inc. as an independent brokerage in 2009 and never looked back. He spent years as the No. 1 Realtor in Massachusetts before developing a team and eventually a traditional brokerage model.
As Lamacchia Realty grew along with the other companies within Lamacchia Companies Inc., the leadership needed to expand as well. With the recent promotion of long time Lamacchia Veteran Jackie Louh to chief operating officer, Anthony now has even more time to spend doing what he does best: training agents and being a visionary for the companies. Anthony is obsessed with ensuring the Realtors within his brokerage are given every tool they need to succeed and grow their business.
It is the focus on training, support, and services at Lamacchia Realty that makes the brokerage stand out among the rest. The unique brokerage and its CEO have received their fair share of recognition over the years. Anthony was recently awarded the prestigious Brokerage Leadership Award by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World in March. He has been named a Futurist Forward Thinker and a News Maker by RISMedia. The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® awarded him a Private Property Rights Award. Real Trends ranked him among their Game Changers list two years in a row. In 2021, he was voted Industry MVP in Boston Agent Magazine. He was also appointed by the National Association of REALTORS® as the chair of 2022 Conventional Financing and Policy Committee, a member of the 2022 Public Policy Coordinating Committee and as a member of 2022 Sustainability Advisory Group.
In addition to the company’s business achievements, Anthony has made it a goal to give back to the community. Lamacchia Cares is a company initiative in which the company supports and raises funds for local causes including the Boston Children’s Hospital Corporate Cup, which they raised over $60,0000 for in 2022.
