The Procopio Companies has announced Deidre Raimo is the company’s new asset management associate as the company expands its asset management department while it continues to grow its portfolio.

Raimo, who joined Procopio in April, has more than eight years of leasing, marketing and business management experience. She was previously a community manager for Greystar where she worked closely with the Procopio team on its Lynn Caldwell Project. She was also previously with Lincoln Property Company where she held roles as a leasing and marketing manager, assistant manager and business manager, as well as a leasing professional at Forest City Realty Trust and Embrey Partners.

Procopio has several active projects in Lynn, Beverly, Wilmington, Winthrop and Gloucester, as well as in Portland, Maine and Windham, New Hampshire. The company is also planning to expand nationally.
