MoxiWorks buys real-estate marketing firm Imprev
Real-estate technology company MoxiWorks has purchased marketing firm Imprev for an undisclosed amount, according to a MoxiWorks press release.
MoxiWorks, an open platform for real estate brokerages, will incorporate Imprev as an accessible form of readily usable digital marketing services. These include the creation of personal social media accounts, as well as digital and print marketing materials.
“This unique partnership is highly strategic and benefits Imprev and MoxiWorks’ employees, and most importantly, our collective customers,” said MoxiWorks CEO York Baur. “It is in the truest sense, a win-win for everyone.”
MoxiWorks touts a 96 percent consumer retention rate and attributes its success in part to the accumulation of tools like MoxiCloud, which creates brokerage solutions for consumers. Imprev offers readily usable digital marketing services and now represents over 20 percent of real estate agents nationwide.
The two companies merged to create MoxiEngage, an interactive presentation product, their recruiting system MoxiPresent, and MoxiCloud. “We are thrilled to welcome each and every member of the Imprev team to MoxiWorks (as Moxians!),” Baur said. “And are excited to start 2020 with all engines roaring. We are looking forward to seeing all that we can accomplish together.”
Zurple’s Social Bundle automates social marketing with MLS
Agents can now “automate the legwork” of social media engagement with the release of Social Bundle by tech company Zurple.
Zurple, which is part of Constellation Real Estate Group, noted in a press release that the new technology allows agents to integrate MLS listing data with social media posts across multiple platforms.
“Social media marketing is a key element of managing my lead pipeline and Facebook has become an invaluable tool for me, both as a channel to engage my existing network but also to reach new buyers,” said Brandon Doyle of RE/MAX Results. “Daily posts on listings in the Twin Cities will help me build my following and make sure I’m seen consistently in the news feed.”
