With over 30 years of real estate experience between them, Traci Shulkin and Jared Wilk are the Principals of The Shulkin Wilk Group at Compass. Often recognized as luxury brokers, Shulkin and Wilk work with clients of every stripe, from starter homes to dream houses and builders to end-users. They have sold some of the most signature properties within the towns that they serve. “There is no bigger compliment to us than working with repeat clients or having past clients refer to us,” Shulkin explains. “
Both natives of the area, their market includes the MetroWest suburbs with their office in Wellesley. The Shulkin Wilk Group is made up of nine agents with two transaction coordinators, all who bring their unique strengths to the team. According to Wilk, “Keeping, building and strengthening relationships with clients, friends, family and especially other brokers are the key to our success.”
Starting her career as a CPA, working at Fidelity and Goldman Sachs, Shulkin was always drawn to real estate, design and construction. “My ability to understand markets and finances translates naturally to helping clients understand the market climate to know the right time to buy and sell,” she shares.
Wilk followed his father and grandfather into real estate. “I spent seven years working with my dad,” he says. “I learned the industry from the bottom up while focusing on development, sales, and property management.” Wilk was recently sworn in as the Vice President of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and also chairs their community service committee.
After a career year, The Shulkin Wilk Group exceeded their own goals and expectations with $170 million sold and pending in 2021, which surpassed the previous year by 40 percent. Their goal is to continue to break records in the present and future.
When they are not working, you will find Shulkin and Wilk on the sidelines of their kids’ games, the ski slopes or at their favorite pizza shop.
