The Real Estate Randy Team

Compass

Randy Horn, Realtor & Team Leader

David Villanova, Realtor

Tim Stein, Realtor

Randy Horn, leader of the Real Estate Randy Team at Compass, takes pride in the business he’s built over 15 years, based exclusively on helping referral and repeat clients. With a motto of “Investing in Relationships over Transactions,” the team focuses on building strong bonds with each client, knowing that an endorsement from them to their sphere is far more valuable than any lead one could purchase.

Horn has been awarded national recognition with cover features in both Realtor Magazine’s nationwide “30 Under 30” edition and, locally, Boston Agent’s Who’s Who, the latter for six consecutive years. Selling his 100th home this past year, Horn believes his client-centric business model has proven to be authentic and profitable.

After doubling sales from the previous year, “Real Estate Randy,” as he is commonly known, determined it was time to invest in growing his team to better serve his clients and mentor aspiring agents. Joined by David Villanova and Tim Stein, Horn saw their respective experience in the industry as assets to bolster the team. Both look to follow Horn’s approach to adding value and a personal touch to each professional relationship.

Horn smiles as he reflects on growing with clients he originally helped as first-time homebuyers move to larger homes outside of Boston in response to their growing families. “It is so fulfilling,” Horn says, “helping clients who were only recently just an engaged couple when we first worked together years before.”

A cornerstone of The Real Estate Randy Team has been giving back to charities his clients support. Since 2019, after losing his beloved nephew Max, Horn has honored his legacy by committing a portion of each sale to the Max McCormick Memorial Foundation, which supports local firefighters, along with their families and the communities they serve.

Horn, who was recently married, lives in Boston’s historic South End with his wife and dog, Louie.
