Buying and selling a home or relocating for work can be overwhelming, challenging, daunting and emotional, but Joselin Malkhasian always manages to make it fun. She treats each client as if they were her only one, knowing that most real estate transactions are centered around a major life change.
“I am able to help separate the emotion to bring in logical decision making, but I am also able to let my clients feel,” says Malkhasian, Realtor and top producing agent with Lamacchia Realty Inc. “I am often more of a friend than a real estate agent and, I wouldn’t want it any other way.”
Malkhasian is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors board of directors and has nine years of experience in real estate. She believes it’s a Realtor’s job to take the stress out of the buying and selling process and leverages her many years of problem-solving experience to quicky adapt to changes in the marketplace. If a problem comes up, she never goes to clients with it. Instead, she gives them a number of solutions to choose from and helps them understand each one, so they can make an educated decision. She also stays on top of the market and knows about the properties that are available, as well as those that sold, including the sales price and length of time on the market. Best of all, she understands what it takes to sell at the highest price or have an offer accepted.
“Just yesterday, I had a client call just to say, ‘I am so glad we have you on our side,’ and that made my day if not week!” she says.
In 2021, she broke her own record by reaching Lamacchia’s President’s Club status in May and sales volume of $41.5 million for the year.
Outside of work, Malkhasian loves spending time near the ocean with family and friends.
