From Southern California to Chicago, Eileen Andersen, Vice President of Strategic Growth at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc (PRMG), has spent over 24 years in the Mortgage industry and the last ten have been a focus on growth and acquisitions. She brings a long list of experience in a variety of roles within the mortgage industry, including retail, wholesale, and correspondent lending.
Andersen explains that her up-front business style is responsible for her long and successful career. “I’m honest and very transparent, almost to a fault”, she says. Working with teams across the country, she must build personal relationships on a national level and others in the industry. “I work closely with the other executives to help with continued growth”, she explains, “I am very easy going and fun, but still very driven and goal oriented. This style of doing business has certainly paid dividends to her, and her well respected reputation has helped her in building her career for success. She has always been considered a “connector”, which has helped her maintain success across her long career.
Philanthropy takes a big role in Andersen’s life, almost as big as her career. She volunteers at the woman’s shelter regularly and donates to homeless teens whenever possible. When she isn’t attending executive meetings at PRMG, or spending time at the shelter helping wherever possible, she enjoys running long-distance races– and hopes to get another marathon under her belt. Now that it’s possible, she’s looking forward to traveling more and spending some time abroad. She especially enjoys traveling to California not only business but catching one of her son’s tennis tournaments.
