Marcus & Millichap’s senior managing directors Tony Pepdjonovic and Evan Griffith arranged the sale of Pine Street Apartments for $4 million.

The 19 Attleboro units, include one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts across three contiguous buildings.

Marcus & Millichap has not released the identity of the buyer.

“The seller maintained the properties very well, and buyers were attracted to that pride of ownership as well as its transit-oriented location less than a half mile from the Attleboro MBTA commuter rail station,” said Pepdjonovic in a press release.

“The opportunity provided strong in-place cash flow with added upside through strategic renovations to the handful of units that have not been rehabbed recently,” added Griffith.
