by Liz Hughes

The Procopio Companies has promoted four team members into new positions within its real estate development and construction management firm. The promotions follow the hiring of Shad Brook as the company’s new director of operational excellence and Neil Geary as the company’s first CFO.

“These individuals have displayed extreme ownership of their work, commitment to the company, and have represented our core values well,” said Shelby Procopio, director of people and culture in a press release. “We are excited to see them thrive in their new roles!”

Greg Procopio was promoted to executive vice president. Procopio formerly held the role of vice president of construction. In his new role, he will be working with the company’s core business functions and continue to oversee construction.

Angelo Antidormi is the company’s new director of acquisitions. Formerly Prcopopio’s senior development associate, he managed some of the company’s development projects. In his new role, he’ll lead the acquisitions team.

Chris Dandreo was promoted to acquisitions associate from his role as a financial analyst. He’ll now support the company’s financial decision-making and manage acquisition activity.

Mark Procopio was promoted from a project manager to Procopio’s new pre-development manager where he will be responsible for estimating and supporting the company’s development processes.
